Services
We offer a comprehensive, integrated approach to physical recovery and systemic well-being. By combining clinical, evidence-based physiotherapy with traditional acupuncture and gentle craniosacral therapy, we provide tailored care pathways to support your body through every stage of life

Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a 6000-year-old modality with roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) It is utilized globally to support overall well-being, restore internal balance, and aid the body's natural recovery processes.
Traditional Acupuncture draws from both Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Japanese Toyohari traditions, which are founded on the concept of Qi (vital energy) that flows through meridians or channels within the body. When this natural flow faces disruption or blockage, physical or emotional discomfort can follow. Acupuncture points are carefully selected and stimulated—either through classical TCM methods or the exceptionally gentle, non-invasive techniques unique to Toyohari—to encourage a smooth, harmonious flow of energy, assisting your body's systems to return to a state of natural equilibrium.
Treatment
Your session may combine traditional and modern stimulation techniques tailored to your physical needs:
-
We use ultra-fine, sterile, single-use disposable needles
-
Japanese Toyohari Acupuncture focuses on non-invasive, gentle contact. The practitioner often place specialized tools or needles lightly on or just above the skin's surface without insertion, making it an ideal, stress-free option for sensitive individuals, infants, and children.
-
Trigger Point Therapy (Dry Needling): Intramuscular stimulation using acupuncture needles to target hyperirritable knots within myofascial tissues, helping to deactivate trigger points, release muscular tension, and ease localized discomfort.
-
Moxibustion (Moxa): Gentle application of localized herbal heat to encourage circulation.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST)
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a subtle, profound and gentle technique that involves listening with trained hands to assess the body’s structures and rhythms, assisting the body’s natural capacity for reorganization and self-repair.
Craniosacral Therapy has its roots in the osteopathic tradition of medicine, based on the work of osteopath, Dr. Sutherland.
Treatment
BCST is a hands-on modality aimed at encouraging general health.
Craniosacral touch does not use manipulation. It assists clients to relax and ease everyday stress, physical tension, and anxiety. It helps support a balanced nervous system to encourage overall well-being.
This non-invasive approach is suitable for a multitude of conditions and for individuals in all stages of life, from newborns and children to adults and the elderly.
Mothers and Babies/Children
BCST offers gentle supportive care through early developmental and maternal life stages.
-
Pregnancy: Supports women by easing physical tension, addressing pelvic discomfort, and helping the body prepare naturally for labour.
-
Postnatal Care: Support maternal and infant recovery after the physical demands of childbirth.
-
Infants: Helps soothe and calm unsettled newborns experiencing common early hurdles like sleeping difficulties, irritability, or feeding tension.
-
Children: Acts as a gentle, supportive care option alongside primary medical care to aid comfort throughout childhood development.
