About the Event
Start the year with a weekend of Qi Gong. This retreat is offered to explore and experience Qi Gong in nature and to deepen into meditation.
The root of Qi Gong and Craniosacral bodywork both focus on cultivating harmonious balanced movements on all levels. We will learn to develop our ability to sense and nourish Qi and deepen into the expression of Qi. Witnessing our internal movements translates into harmony of our being with the environment.

Craniosacral Qi Gong has a focus to equipt the practioner to become aware of flow and support the body's craniosacral system. This course is open for anyone, for bodyworkers or any person…
